Our research interests mainly focus on:

  • Integration of large-scale multi-omics data, construction of database and web tools to addressing brain disease and cancers;

  • Take advantage of the data from genome projects and high-throughput technology to investigate biological mechanisms, key regulators, and biomarkers for brain diseases and cancers.

  • Investigation of dementia risk factors and their pathogenic mechanism.
